At the moment, I have a large bin housing a lot of toys, but the main part of my collection being ML,MI,MU are displayed in my displaycase, Which is basically the top portion off a china hutch, that has 3 shelves with 3 sliding doors on the front, and the demensions are 3 ft tall by 4 1/2' long by maybe 10'' deep and currently it's sitting on my desk.
My Marvel Icons figures and baf's are 2 large to fit inside so I have them displayed on top, but I find myself running out of room displaying them, and some of my recent purchases are still in box due to nowhere to put it. I'm at the crossing point where I'm realizing I need to invest in better storage before I think of buying much more toys.
Because I live in a small apartment and don't have a ton of space I can't go crazy with big pieces and with price. Ideally I'd love to get 2-3 of those glass units that IKEA sells for round $80-100, but I went online and they don't ship thoose only the more expensive wood ones, and there's no ikea near me. So my other ideas are large wooden shelves, have a wall of like 4-6 of them I would get rid of my existing bookcases and use 1-2 to house cd's, dvd's games books and nick nacks and the rest for my toys. Only trouble with open shelves is dust and dunno about you guys , but I hate dusting, so keeping this is mind anybody have any good website for cheap display cases or know of other options for displaying my figures? any and all suggestions welcomed.
