The top pops off and there is a "control center" inside. I haven't taken the time to finish putting together yet as I was anxious to post some pics. I also didn't put the stickers on since my kid plays with my stuff so I save them back.

Also comes with 3 guys. The back ramp isn't big enough for a Stinger but I bet an Armadillo would work. Mine are buried in a tub right now.
