Yeah, with the 4 inch line it seems to be hit or miss on good articulation for the figures. With the Wileys, they can just move their arms and heads because of their small size. The remainder of their budget is in the hoverboards, they have pop out weapons. Cheetara has a weird hip joint, they're at an angle cut rather than a ball or rotating hinge. Lion-O and Tygra are the best articulated out of the bunch (that I have so far), but these are decent representations of the characters at a 4 inch scale. Marvel Universe they're not, but they're still pretty good for Bandai of America.
