I've picked up all of the Kingdom Hearts figures available in North America except Kairi. The hand on Axel broke when I was trying to switch it with the other hand. I had to super-glue it back together and now I have to be extra careful with it.

Other than that, I haven't had any problems with the KH line.

My roommate also has the whole FFXII collection and as far as I know he hasn't had any problems with them.
