Do not deal with this person. A more detailed explanation is below, but for those who aren't interested in details, this is all you need to know; I sent him $15 on 8/12/11 for Dr. Strange, it is now 9/10/11 and I haven't received the figure I purchased, a tracking number/proof of shipping, and my last three pm's have gone unanswered.

More detailed breakdown..

On Fri, August 12th 2011, I sent a $15 payment for a "colored" Dr. Strange. I was in no rush, but this guy told me he'd be shipping that day, whatever. Two weeks go by and I get a pm from the seller saying The Post Office returned the package to him and that he was sending it out again the very next day. Another week goes by with no deliveries, or any communication from the seller, so I pm him asking what is going on. He replies telling me that he doesn't know what happened and is sending another out because he has a few. Usually people send over a DC/tracking # when they ship something, which I never received, but my thoughts were "no biggie, the guy probably just forgot." So another week goes by, which brings us to Sept 3rd when I pm'd him asking for a refund (politely--I have all pm's saved), but I didn't get a response. This guy's last login here was on Sept 4th, a day after my pm, so he did get it.. coincidentally, he hasn't logged in since. As a courtesy (why, I'm being courteous is beyond me) I decided to pm him again a few days later telling him that I was going to open a PayPal claim to get my refund unless he can give me some sort of update (don't take my money and then ignore me) and if by some chance I ever receive a Dr. Strange in the mail from him I'd gladly just send him the money right back. Two days later he's still not logging in. So, since I have his email address (since I needed it to pay him $15), I decided to forward the latest pm to him, but didn't get a reply. So I waited a full four weeks before taking this route. It's only $15, but I'd hate to see this guy rip off some kid who has limited funds to begin with. Just doing my ToyArkian duty. Avoid this guy.

UPDATE: After not getting a response to any of my pm's, emails, PayPal messages, I escalated my PayPal claim and they did issue me a full refund, but Artist77 never contacted me (or ever sent me the figure I paid him for).
