Not hard to believe. Just seems a little suspect for someone to walk in to Wal-Mart, and pass the person who checks the bag when you walk in to see what you are returning. And then proceed to walk away from customer service in the opposite direction towards the toy aisle. I'm sure Wal-Marts very from place to place but here they are strict. They even have secret shoppers. Employees who walk around in regular clothes just to see who is stealing.
