Well I couldn't really tell what you should buy, but I personally skipped HH and got Leech. I'm just not big on action features like that or even action features in general, although I have to say the 80's commercial for Hurricane Hordak made that vintage figure look pretty neat.
I still don't have a Hordak yet, but I'm only planning to get the original one with the cape and everything.
Don't take my opinion as the "be-all, end-all" of things (wait for other comments), but I'd rather you get Leech as he's a pretty unique figure. HH is a variant mostly for nostalgia's sake and for action feature lovers, but if you're having trouble getting any Hordak, then you might just wanna get this one if you like the character enough. Just something to take note of: I also believe that HH's weapons are interchangeable with other figures (think it was Trap-Jaw & Roboto??).
