Originally, Sinister was going to be almost like that guy from Heroes- someone that took splices from other mutants and constantly upgraded his biology and that of the marauders- explaining why Sinister looks like Colossus in drag and how Sabertooth got a healing factor (after ot having one for his first twenty appearances or so).

Also, according to JrJr. Nimrod was suppposed to be GREY, but the colorist decided that pink looked better against the night background of his first appearance, so there you go- JrJr did not even know about it for months!

I wonder why they never mix and match parts- it's usually one or the other for characters....only the big figs get some crossover.
