This should give you an idea of what to expect. Sandman in person is very close to The Joker's stature, and I think you can safely gauge your comparison with him. Now that I took a minute to closely examine my Joker figure, I'd say that the main problem of the Legacy Joker figure is that it lacks sculpting and relies heavily on paint apps, which aren't too great either.
