Ocean Master can be cool I mean look what they accomplished with Aqualad and I'm a big fan of the original Garth/Tempest. of those listed Vandal Savage is my favorite because he is just so cool as a prolonged behind the scenes manipulator and we haven't gotten that portrayal in past series because of the instant gratification context for cartoons. Seems I was not alone in disliking the Joker. It was just all around. His voice his desing his personality....it was just HIM I didnt like
