According to the Marvel Wiki, here are the heights for each of them:

Loki - 6' 4"
Thor - 6' 6"
Cap - 6' 2"

I'm not sure how that Cap scales with the rest of the ML releases, but Thor and Loki are supposed to be taller than Steve.
