Yup. The M3T4L V1KING has a personal, action figure related, issue. As many of you may know, Tiberius and I went to a Toyfair on Sunday and we got a huge haul (mine was superior to his in my opinion... but he did get Swamp-Thing so that's cool too) and I got a decent amount of ML figures. The 2 worth mentioning would be the Iron Man vs Mandarin Face Off 2 pack and the Series 6 Phoenix. I was planning on keeping Iron Man & Mandarin in package but Mandarin had a disgusting amount of dust on it so I HAD to open it up to give it a clean. So that leave Phoenix, I have no idea if it should be opened or not. Now it may seem obvious, 'If you're a MOC collector, don't open it. If you're not a MOC collector, open it.' But it's not that easy, so here's a few facts.

A. It's a rare figure, not horribly rare like its Dark Phoenix variant, but still pretty damn rare.

B. I am NOT a MOC collector. The only stuff I keep on MOC are things I want to trade or convention stuff (Even then, I may open it, like the MU Jim Hammond figure)

C. Marvel Legends are being released in 2012, and we're getting a few figures that were part of the 2 pack poll back in 2009. So far we're getting Constrictor and Fantomex, both characters part of the poll. And a white costumed Phoenix was part of the poll, so it could possibly be made in the future.
