Thanks. That Pinhead came with the items hanging from his outfit. I've misplaced the little puzzle box he should be holding in his hand. He also came with a base with a column. Pretty awesome figure.

lol Just always keep my eyes open for things I think I can use. All the chains are from Michael's (art supply store). The skeletons are little Halloween decorations that I painted. The background is a Sheriff of Nottingham Castle playset from the BBC Robin Hood series. I believe it was only sold overseas. I bought it from a seller on eBay a few years ago. Best castle playset IMO. I know some people like that Narnia Castle, but I think it's just too small. This Robin Hood castle is made for 5" figures so it's bigger. Not taller, but bigger and more spacious all around.
