There figures are excellent in detail and articulation. I dont have any of the Metal Gear Solid line but I have others made by the same company and they are excellent. I've also seen the first Metal Gear solid figures in person.
Yes, there are three versions of Snake on the market already. Battle Dress Snake, and Sneaking Snake (in the picture you posted), and Big Boss (grey prototype in picture) from the psp game MGS Peace Walker. This version of snake is representative of Snake's first appearance in mgs on ps1, or rather Snake's reappearance since the NES days. I hope they release even more versions of snake. Old Snake from MGS4 would be awesome. These can hold me over untill Hot Toys delivers some awesome Metal Gear figures hopefully sometime in 2012.

Grey Fox (the ninja) was also in mgs 1. Hope to see a Raiden in the future. These play arts figures are awesome. Battle Dress Snake was my first, but now I'm planning on getting figures from their Halo, Arkham City, God of War, and Stree Fighter lines.
