Yeah, you can get an adapter, it'll have force feedback and you can make use of your current controller. However, I can vouche for the Logitech stuff. I currently use one for DC Universe Online that follows the PS2/PS3 configuration and it works great for me.

I think usually, my general concern is that the guy at the store is just trying to sell me something which is often the case here whether or not it's good which has happened more often than it hasn't which is why I usually scour and creep the forums for (hopefully) unbias opinions. I feel a lot better getting an opinion from someone who (hopefully) doesn't have any motivation (whether commission or encouragement simply to get those sales figures up) to push a product on me. For example, I'd probably ask you what you think of a WWE action figure rather than asking the guy at Collector's Edge who just wants to push a toy on me even if it sucked crap.
