That's not weird at all, especially the realism drives my customs [/bad pun].

Artwork is much about solving problems. With my Alt/BT customs, I'm always asking, "how do I do X given the parameters of Y (where Y = 1:24 scale realism)?" All genres of artwork have this quality to some extent because much of how we answer the questions depends on how well the solution (e.g., the artwork produced) solves these problems.
