I swear, I dont understand how the hell that works- are laerance items done on a store by store basis?

As I've said- Targets aroun here still have an entire asile full of Pirates of the Carribbean that they'll never ever EVER get rid of.
(though DO buy the chick- her head looks great as Dani Moonstar from New Mutants!)
Most clearance is done on a store-by-store basis, at least for Walmart, as far as I can tell. One Walmart clearanced out their MU for $2, one for $3, and the rest still sell them in Albuquerque. Seems to be based on the store's management.

On the bright side, this is the reason you can find older waves in great shape in random stores. I could see how annoying it would be though.
