It's a bug in front of the lense. Discovery or history already had a show on this. Has to do with video frame rates. The bug looks like it has mutiple wings due to interlacing. Broadcast HD cameras only record at its max 60 frames per second. The broadcast signal your getting is 29.97 frames per second. (I work in TV production. Sorry for the nerd moment) If the same shot was used using a high speed camera you would see its just a bug. Giants vs Patriots today! Go Blue!
