The Joe and Transformers collectors club are done by a company called Fun Publishings. Hasbro has very little hand in it. They lisence Joe and Transformers from Hasbro so they can do the conventions.
And at least my experences with FP through my membership since 2005, FP really couldn't care less about the TF fans or what they want. They definately have no communication skills.
