The others are called Pleiadians. They kind of look like us, at least more so then the Greys. The rumor is both met with with President Roosevelt in the 50s. The Pleiadians deal was we get rid of all our nuclear weapons and they will help us with our spiritual evolution.
The Greys said keep your nuclear weapons and we will share our technology with you, in exchange you have to let us abduct a number of people for medical experiments aka hybrid program. Roovevelt went with the Greys deal, only problem was they didn't bring all the people back. There are about 12,500 humans living somewhere in some kind of medical/prison camp off world. They are going to be so pissed if they ever make it back to earth.
