I always thought that Care Bears were more of a girly thing anyway. I mean if I include him on this list I would have to include any Heathcliff or "An American Tale" villians too lol wouldnt I?

When most guys of that era think of the cartoon Shredder, they think of the early 90s (I know I do). As thats when the show aired the most. Sooo...I would sooner include The Shredder on a list of the greatest 90s cartoon villians. Thats just me though.
