I would not be surprised if they're stuck with the new planet of Jar Jar looking guys for a while but then they did say that there are Green Lantern killers who are going after Lanterns on the outer sectors so there's also a chance of them traveling to these different remote areas each episode to fight off Atrocitus and Zox and probably some other Red Lantern member(s).
