Ebays not perfect, sucks for the seller's really because they're the ones who can get shafted by the buyer. I spoke with an Ebay rep. and they said "the seller's represent Ebay as a company" which is kind of a joke. And for a buyer you're pretty much protected when it comes to buying stuff.

well if I dont get it in the time it was estimated in on ebay what do I do since this person seems to not have a DC# being I tried to get one from them 3 times now and paid for priority shipping?
