Personally, I'd just wait about a week at this point and if it doesn't arrive by then, just file the claim. You never know what's going on with someone, especially right now,.. it's the holidays, people are busy & forgetful.

If I list something, I note that the handling time will be about five business days, yet there's always some boner who will email me and second after they paid (usually someone who waits days to pay too) asking when it will ship, and then they email daily asking for updates. Those get ignored by me. Not saying your issue is the same, and you should be ignored, but you never know what's going up on the seller side.
