Personally, I much prefer the comic colored version....and the Surfer fig that comes with him is a hundrd tomes bettter than the carded version- much more chrome-like silver with dark area around his eyes in the classic Kirby look.
I like the Darker one myself. Can't say if it's because it's more rare, or more sinister looking, but something about that with a translucent Surfer really gets me. I wish I could have had THAT one on a bubble card!
