I doubt that the Base will be available seperately, though I do hope it will. The Iron Man Gantry was very expensive at more then 400 dollars if i remember correctly and I believe that was why the option to purchase the gantry seperately was made available.

For the Hot Toys Black Spider Man, prices on Sideshow Collectibles are in the 200 dollar range so I believe that for this price it comes with both the figure and the diorama.
