I collected the original ToyBiz X-Men & Marvel figures as a kid back in the late 80's/early 90's, but then my main collecting interest shifted to Star Wars before Marvel Legends came out. I picked up a few ML figures here and there during those years, but preferred 3.75" figures. Eventually, George Lucas ruined Star Wars to the point that I no longer had any interest in it and I started getting back into Marvel Comics. During the first year of MU, I resisted temptation and only picked up a few of the figures I really wanted, like Deadpool, Gambit, a few Wolverine's, but then when series 2 launched in 2010, along with the IM2 movie line, I caved one day at a Target and bought every figure on the pegs. The next week, one of my good buddies sold me all of his MU figures that I didn't already have for $3 each, which pretty much caught me up, and I've been staying current with each wave ever since. Between MU and the movie lines, I haven't enjoyed collecting this much since I was a kid in the early ToyBiz years.
