The only ones I want are movie ironman, hawkeye, widow, cap. Then comic series ult. thor and ult hawkeye.

So no waist on the rest doesn't bother me, and most of those I expect no waist except for maybe the movie cap figure's torso(dependant on which one they showed vs which one you bought too). Is it the parachute one or the missle firing cap? Cost was to be expected with licensing fees and potentially actor likenesses, plus expanded sculpt cost and plastic accessories. Keep in mind plastic costs have gone up, and you bought this from TRU from the sounds of it. TRU price gouges anyway, let alone probably doesn't have the right prices in system yet.

*Edit* okay it's missle firing you bought, not the parachute one. That's the one I plan on getting, but it still may not be the one they showed before that looked he could have had upper torso swivel, won't know without comparative pictures out of package.

Also, the avengers movie has mark VII(circle) and mark VIII(triangle). So it may not be a mark VI repaint at all. The pics they showed before had a few minor sculpt differences, but I do expect some repacks of eaches respective lines to be used as filler.
