"Hasbro Global Licensing reached an agreement with Spearmark to make Transformers Prime and My Little Pony back-to-school and household items, such as lunchware, drinkware, and lighting. These items will be available in the summer of 2012 in the UK and Ireland.

Hasbro signed a licensing agreement with Universal Cycles Ltd. to bring to market skates, bikes, helmets, and other accessories based on the Nerf brand. The new outdoor recreational goods will expand the current line, which includes Nerf-licensed skateboards and scooters. Universal Cycles’ Nerf range will be sold exclusively at Toys “R” Us in Pan-European markets now through spring 2012. Ingo also signed on to create Nerf-branded electronic accessories. Products will be available this winter in Spain and reach the rest of Europe spring 2012."
