That wraith head is their go to for temp heads with 'cyber' type characters. They did the same with ashiko before they gave him his helmet and a diff head.
Considering it's got a new helmet, I'm hoping for a new head too, but am indifferent to it since helmet on is how I'll have him displayed. The new Storm shadow will be their leader for my collection, and the fourth will be custom fodder.

Back on topic.
I need to see the new tmnt scale, but if it's a good scale I'll be tossing them into my list too.
