For you AoA fans ^, I wonder if this "Papo gorilla mutant" figure might work for a custom Ken Hale. I've seen him at a local toystore more than a few times, and he always stuck out to me as being a good base for GM. Granted, he's pretty lacking on the articulation still but with a little creative sculpting I think he could maybe work.
