That would make Batman about 6'5 and harley say 5'6 bending down to about 5'. So that difference makes alot of sense. As most male superheroes are white (Not all by any means) the Average white male in America is actually 5'10 and the Average white female is 5'4-5'5.
Sure men and women range from all sizes but judging by the pixie thin female superheroes I see in comics and the Mr Olympia sized male superheroes I see in comics. Yes all superhero females are much tinier than their male counterparts. Also most female superheros are sexy and I don't think a 6'5 female would be pixie thin and sexy. So yes go back to world of comic books you're living in and tell the 6'5 Superwoman and Poison Ivy I said hello.
Wonder
Woman *is* canonically taller than Superman, Which *does* put her in the 6'6" bracket. And as someone else pointed out, Ivy herself (since *you* brought her up) is canonically 5"9"? And in the heels she often wears, as was pointed out, pushes her up close to Batman himself.
But I'm done with this wall.
