I lost count, but last I checked there are over 120 figs. The big bag under Sentinel is my X-Men collection.

I'm waiting to add Red Guardian, Enchantress, Silver Samurai, Kitty Pryde, BAF Apoc, and BAF Giant Man. All should arrive soon.
