webcam - you could buy one speratley for the psp ages ago

Touch screen - really nobody touches a screen to play games , espically with buttons and two angalog sticks (unless you have an apple something e.g ipad) but two arent excatley required .... one i thought was fine.
seemed to me that you could do all the things on a psp vita you could do on the psp slim and lite already !!!! just had minor improvements and then the battery power will be possibly be slighlty longer than the slim and lites one but when actually using it, it wont last as long i.e to connect to internet, play games, call people so not much different , basically just get a old psp with 1 analogue stick it does the job already .....
Wow... ummm... touch screen is the way to go, dude. LOT of games now use touch screen. Great for FPS... no more diving for ammo. Just touch it, and your gun reloads. Also, the screen resolution is lightyears ahead of anything short of iPhone's retina screen. Also, the Vita has dual quadcore cpu for insane amount of processing. The touch pad and touch screen work well in most games when used. Don't knock it til you tried it.

One thing I will mention, playing a frantic type of fighter like UMvC3 on a handheld is pretty darn difficult. It will either take a lot of getting used to, or I am just the type of person who likes it better on a big screen with a fight stick.
They play basically the same. Vita has a slight edge since it has a touch mode, where you poke the opponent and it strings together attacks. I've played it, and while I agree it's better on the big screen, I'm fine playing a match or two while between errands. Also, the ability to use the Vita as the "Ultimate gamepad" is cool, but kinda cheating, as it gives you 1-touch super moves... Definitely worth the purchase if you have the PS3 already.
