That's interesting as the Targets near my area don't have a clearance "aisle" either. It's more like end-caps that are set up on various aisles where the newer stuff is sold.

The Wal-Mart closest to me doesn't have a clearance aisle or section either. In that store their toy clearances are placed on several folding tables. It's a pain in the ass to look for stuff there because they don't just have things on the tables, they place items underneath the tables too in a haphazard fashion.
