I don't know if I got lucky and ran across the original version of Electro or not. The eyes are present (not glowing) and the arms aren't translucent like the Electro I reviewed on Youtube. There was a fair amount of dust on him, like he had been found in a storage room and placed on the pegs like the other MU figures.

you can easily tell by the 5 digit imprinted stamp on the back when Electro was released
