I have to assume that it's only to prevent frivolous lawsuits and not because the level of intelligence in this country has dropped to that point. Then again, I'm still amazed that a woman successfully sued McDonalds for spilling coffee on herself and getting burned (they never told her it was hot ).

Look at it this way, you still got a complete Dragonhawk for less than half of what it's currently going for on Amazon and Ebay. Although it still sucks that you had to through the extra effort to make sure it was complete.
