Dude I'm with you on Iron Fist and Nova, these are two of my favorite characters, and while this isn't Richie I'm happy I at least get a Nova Corps member in this show!
As for the revealed identity, I can understand if you don't like it, I hated that Batman revealed his identity to GL after only 5 issues into New 52 JL, that was LAME.
However, if your basing the revelation of his identity just on this clip, I think it's out of context. It looks like he did that after running an obstacle course that he was going through. which means he was already introduced, or summoned by nick fury prior to that clip.
Which makes sense because in the actual Ultimate Spiderman comic series, Nick Fury already new Peter Parker was Spiderman. Here's the actual quote:
Peter: "What are you doing in my high school? How do you know who I am?
Fury: "Peter, there's not much in this world I do not know.
Peter: "
How do- you- know...?!
"
Fury: "Agent Bradley, how do we know about Peter exactly?"
Bradley: "Um, let's see, a bunch of ways. The Osborn Industries security tape, Otto Octavious' hypnosis transcripts, the Latverian assault at the U.N. ..."
Peter: "Oh, man..."
So there you have it. It wasn't something he ever consented to, in the comic at least. But here, I'm willing to bet that Fury was only giving Peter "A shot" at working with Shield. He's a tough guy to convince you're worth it, with or without powers. If he thinks someone's a liability, they're gone. In the comics, he couldn't touch Peter because he was a Minor, but once he turned 18 he basically said "You belong to me".
Also, this appears to not tie into the Avengers EMH universe. Which is a shame. I liked that in the 90's series there was the awesome tie in to the 90's X-men cartoon!
