I'm not going to defend any personal comments people directed towards you, but the hostility is something you obviously brought on yourself by claiming knowledge of something you obviously dont know as any kind of fact and then not clarifying where you heard this.

Claiming "I have a source" or "I heard" this or that online with no explanation is equal to saying "I'm making shit up to troll you guys".
Go over to Hisstank and claim "you heard" the movie line of figures was cancelled and you'll get much the same reaction.

If it was just poor communication on your part, now is the time to clarify- you'll find people here pretty forgiving about that sort of stuff.

Hopefully OP will save us all a bunch of time and let us know who this "company in question" is so we don't ever order from them
