It seems to me that the Commander Rodgers body is pretty close with the cool boot/legging things. Add on a Scarlet Spider head and the vest from the latest Spider-Man line Black Spider Man and wallah...instant Agent Venom.

I did an agent venom using the vest you are referring to. The vest is too small since the buck of the spiderman figures are smaller than mu. I had to cut it and combine it with the vest from one of the deluxe captain america figures. I also used the shin guards from the same captain america figure but commander rogers would work quite well.
