So basically, at the end of season 2 when Loeb takes over he's going to kill off 90% of the characters in a disrespectful and unremarkable way, mostly off screen in a mediocre catastrophe. During some piss poor dialogue he will replace them all with hip teenagers with no distinctive personality traits and thus the majority of people watching will have no connection to.

He wants to cancel the series because he wants stand alone episodes instead of story arcs that span multiple episodes. That's the main reason. I absolutely agree. When I was little we had this thing called a VCR, which could record tv shows.. I'm sure we have something better nowadays, catchup tv I presume
Loeb seems to be speaking out of his arse. It beggars belief that they would want to cancel a successful show tried and tested with a devoted fanbase for something untested with no guarantee of making a profit. They should invest in what's already available to make it better, give it a better time slot and they will reap the benefits. It just screams another Loeb self indulgent mess that will ultimately cause a lot of people to switch off, just like he made people do with the Marvel comics he took over. He absolutely RUINED the ultimate universe, and the Hulk comics during his run where unspectacular at best.
