I would go PayPal my friend. Postal MOs are fine but come in two flavors: green for US and pink for international. That's a 50/50 chance of your buyer screwing up. I would let him know you expect PayPal only transactions (which is Ebay's rules anyway). You can hook a PayPal account to a prepaid credit card for pete's sake, there's really no excuse to not have a PayPal account. You only need a bank account as a seller if I'm not mistaken.

EDIT: If it was an Arker and he's aware you're an Arker I would think he would reach out through a PM here to discuss non-PayPal arrangements.
