I work retail and I can tell you that what you described is the worst example of customer service I've probably ever heard. A supervisor should never ask a customer to leave the store unless they are a threat to others physically or are disturbing the other shoppers in a profound way.(drunk, swearing loudly, yelling, etc.) or possibly if they are damaging store property but at that point they would probably get the cops involved.

I really am shocked that happened, but TRU really does have crappy service anyway. (I use to work there years ago and I can tell you this with all honesty) you'd think being the only major toy retailer left in this horrible economy they might wanna actually keep their customers lol.
