Monty Oum has been pumping out such fantastic feats of ingenuity and action from Haloid to his John Woo inspired films, to even a little something called Dead Fantasy.
Dead Fantasy is a series of short films portraying the possibilities of action dynamics using famous characters from both the dead or alive franchise(ninja gaiden included) and final fantasy (kingdom hearts included). While never really having any character dialogue he gives us beautiful scenes, fluid dynamic action, and an evolving story that slowly reveals itself as the chapters go. Quite simply, he is doing what's been lacking in the action department in games, movies, tv shows, and even animation of all shores.
Monty Oum has worked for such companies as Konami and now NamcoBandai since starting these fan films so long ago. Now while I may sing his praise, I thought you guys may like to see his work as well, and discuss it. =D

He has Dead Fantasy 1-5 up besides his previous works like Haloid.
Dead Fantasy 4 and 5 just recently went up, and I just finished watching them, so I'm quite awestruck at the moment. Hence this post and its ramblings lol.
