Nothing really jumps out at me when I look at them... I'm balancing those on my knees in my car, so they might not be lined up. Thor does have some puffy hair though.

I didn't get a movie Thor from the 6" line last summer, so I can't compare it, but I really had no interest in him until I saw him... they did a pretty nice job with this one. Nice looking figure. I think he might be a bit of a sleeper.

Yes, it is very noticeable.

Funny to hear that.. the TRU manager I talk to told me numerous how much of a pain in the ass Hasbro is compared to the other co's they work with.
