I prefer mint in box but open to loose Marvel Universe/MU figures

I just started last month and I've got almost about 50 of them

I'll purchase the figures listed below only if:
1.) it's still in good condition(meaning not so tight joints and no scratches/ NO LOUSY PAINT JOB)
2.) complete accessories
3.) Please have the figure's box and plastic but this is not a necessity.
