They're both great shows! It doesn't matter if they're opposite of each other, we like what we like! We like serious things, yet also lighthearted things! I understand why you're not a fan of 60's Batman but a lot of people are. And a lot of those people are fans of Batman's mythology, all of it.

I hate Schumacher's Batman and Robin. Can't stand it. The Adam West's Batman is like The Dark Knight compared to it. I'm not sure I know of anyone who likes it, outside of Schumacher, but I'm sure someone out there does like it. Though, while it seems to be universally despised, 60's Batman isn't. That's why it's still in syndication and why WB and 20th Century Fox struck a deal, because a lot of people like it.
