Yep it's the DC Superheroes Scarecrow. IMO, he's the best Mattel Scarecrow to date. I do like the Sinestro Corps one but it's in a Sinestro Corps costume so that doesn't work for practical reasons anymore than someone would use the Sinestro Corps Batman as their main Batman. If they do another one for Club Infinite Earths or All-Stars, I would be all for it if only to have a Scarecrow for my Batman Rogues display and one in my Legion of Doom display that both looked different. People knock it because the body and head are so skinny and tiny that they don't feel that a real person could really fit in that body but I say that a lot of Batman Rogues come in different shapes and sizes and he looks fine to me. He also has the full range of articulation of all the other DC Universe Classics figures and comes with the cool pitchfork scythe weapon as well as a fear gas grenade.
