Yeah, when the 3AA version came out we were discussing the scale, when we saw pics of just how big it was and even then how small the pilot was even at that scale the realization of just how colossal a 1:18th (accurate) scale Rex kinda hit home.
But, on the bright side this version should be faaaaar more affordable and easier to get then the 3AA version. Even though I've never played the game I really like the Rex mecha design, just don't want to pay the prices that were being asked for the 3AA's.
