LOL. You can't trust Hasbro Customer Service IMO, I bet they are like the last people on Earth to know anything. Like with the whole SDCC 25th Slaughter debacle when Customer Service basically told us not to worry that they very likely would release a retail version of Sgt. Slaughter... 6+ months later buried somewhere in a Q&A session they offhandedly mention that that idea had been since scrapped.
